May ‘06
- We sponsored the “International Finance Symposium” organised by Marmara University, Banking and Insurance Academy at the IMKB Conference Hall on the 25-26th of May.
- We sponsored “We Produce With Our Handicap” project in cooperation with the Physically Challenged Foundation aiming to enable as many handicapped people as possible to contribute to the economy.
- We sponsored the Presidency Symphony Orchestra spring concerts on 04-05 May.
- We sponsored the 3rd Istanbul Ship Financing Forum organised by Marine Money International at Swissotel on the 4th of May.
- We sponsored the “Şımarık Kız” Ballet staged and performed by the State Opera and Ballet and whose premier was on the 2nd of May.
- The opening and award ceremony of the photography contest on “Working Children”, which we sponsored, were held on the 1st of May.
April ‘06
- We sponsored the “Corporate Governance and Sustainable Growth” conference. The event will continue until November 2006 with various activities.
- We organised the press launching of our subsidiary Deniz Türev, which will provide new horizons to Turkish investors by enabling access to more than 1000 products in 30 different stock markets in the world.
- We sponsored the 1st Culture and Literature symposium at Robert College on the 22nd of April.
- We sponsored the Control of Information Technologies Symposium organised by Artifex on April 19-22.
- We sponsored European Environmental Politics and Turkey’s Adaptation Symposium at Bahçeşehir University on the 21st of April.
- Our chief economist Dr. Saruhan Özel gave seminars on “Global Economical Developments and Effects on Turkey and Expectations” to Tuzla Rotary Club members at the Caddebostan Culture Center on the 19th of April and to the citizens of Söke on the 20th of April.
March ‘06
- We organised our 3rd Ordinary General Assembly Meeting at Dedeman Hotel on the 28th of March.
- Press launching of a joint project with Istanbul Deniz Otobüsleri called “IDO Card” at Esma Sultan Mansion on the 10th of March.
- We organised the Inspection Committee Meeting for our inspectors on the 10th of March.
- We organised our “Business Notes” seminar on the 16th of March, with which we aim to inform all businesses from all sectors.
- Our chief economist Dr. Saruhan Özel Ödemiş met with the citizens of Ödemiş on the 8th of March.
- We sponsored the charity night of TED Ankara College Sports Club on the 29th of March.
February ‘06
- On the 17th of February we organised a press meeting at Çırağan Palace where our financial data of 2005 were communicated.
- We signed a frame agreement with the Japanese International Cooperation Bank at Hilton Hotel on the 7th of February.
- Our subsidiary DenizLeasing sponsored ITU Engineering Faculty’s International Management Science and Career Days between the 28th Of February and the 4th of March.
