There are 2 groups of services you can receive from DenizBank SMS Banking:
- Receiving General Information
This service is open to all mobile phone users who are DenizBank customers. To use this service, your mobile phone number has to be recorded on our banking system. You can update your mobile phone number by calling the @çıkDeniz-Internet branch or the 444 0 800 Contact Center.
- Receiving General Information
Customers who would like to use this service should first be registered for SMS Banking by calling the Contact Center at 444 0 800 or signing up to the @çıkDeniz-Internet Branch.
You can change authorization to use the BALANCE, REPO, FUND and BILL codes through the @çıkDeniz-Internet Branch or 444 0 800 Contact Center.
No fee is charged for SMS messages sent by our Bank.
For messages, you will send, the billing charges of your GSM operator will be valid.
*** There is no need to be registered to receive BALANCE and STATEMENT information concerning your credit card.
