Customer Complaints Arbitration Committee of the Banking Association of Turkey aims at resolving disputes arising in connection with products and services that retail customers get from banks. In this system, customer first applies to our Bank for his/her complaint, and then can apply to the Committee within 30 days is s/he wants to do so.
