You can register by following the AçıkDeniz Application link on our web page or apply to our nearest branch.
The information required is your customer number, id number, birthplace, birth date, bank/credit card number and password.
It is the number assigned to you by the DenizBank branch where your accounts are held.
Only individual customers can register online. Corporate customers and joint account holders can only register from our branches.
By using the username, e-code and AçıkDeniz password you create after the application, you can access your accounts instantly.
Viewing accounts, inter-account transfers, opening demand deposit/time deposit accounts, credit card payment, buying/selling mutual funds, tracking checks/notes, updating personal information and changing passwords.
For applications made online, customers are authorized to conduct limited transactions for security reasons. To be authorized for other transactions, customers can send a written instruction to their branch or to the Contact Center (0212 336 30 60). There is no need to visit the branch.
By dialing 444 0 800 and then pressing 5, you can get your AçıkDeniz password, login to the Internet Branch and then access your accounts.
