Request your DenizBank credit card statement by e-mail and TL 5 is added on your car. You can follow up your loaded award within the Campaign with transaction explanation “AWARD FOR E-MAIL STATEMENT” in your account statement
You can request your e-mail account statement at @çıkDeniz Internet Branch, 444 0 800 DenizBank Call Center and DenizBank KIOSKs.
You can make an application at AçıkDeniz Internet Branch by:
- Choosing Credit Card menu, Credit Card Information step, and clicking “I would like to benefit from the e-mail award campaign and receive my detailed statements by e-mail”.
- If you do not have a registered e-mail address in our system, first you must define your e-mail address at Personal Transactions menu, Personal Information Update step.
Terms and Conditions of the Campaign
- When you participate in the campaign, your statement will be sent only by e-mail, not as a hard copy by post.
- When DenizBank credit card statement is requested by e-mail, this request will be valid for all DenizBank credit cards. TL 5 will be uploaded once.
- Additional cards are not included in the campaign.
- DenizBank credit card holders will not be able to make separate requests for all cards, they will be able to benefit from the campaign once for all credit cards.
- In order to benefit from the campaign, the statement must be received only by e-mail following participation in the campaign.
- If the statement is not received by e-mail following participation in the campaign (when cancelled), TL 5 will be charged from the card as spending.
- When the request is cancelled on the day of request, no charge will be made.
- Only card holders who are active and who make payments regularly can benefit from the campaign.
- DenizBank personnel cannot benefit from the campaign.
