This Privacy Notice Regarding Our Head Office, Branches and ATM Visitors ("Privacy Notice") has been prepared in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data (LPPD) numbered 6698 in order to inform you on your personal data processed during your visits to our bank's head office, branches and ATMs, methods of collecting your personal data, legal basis and purpose of processing your personal data, persons/institutions where your personal data are transferred to, purpose of transfer and your rights.

2.Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data

Your personal data in the Security of Physical Venue and visual records data category during your Head office, branch and ATM visits are collected through automatic methods with security cameras and your personal data in the identity data category are collected via non-automatic methods by you in order to control the entries and exits in our head office building.

3.What we use your personal data for and the legal basis for doing so

Security of Physical Venue, Visual and Audio Records	For the purpose of fulfilling our legal liabilities regarding the Regulation on Information Systems and Electronic Banking Services of Banks and provisions of other legislation which we are subject to, recording ATM camera footages to meet the official demands, eliminate the relevant lack of reconciliation and prevent fraud	As per article 5/2(a) of KVKK; being expressly laid out in the laws. As per article 5/2(ç) of KVKK; being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations. Pursuant to the article 5/2 8f) of KVKK, on the condition of not hurting the core rights and freedoms of the data subject, processing data for the legitimate interests of the data controller being mandatory.

To be able to meet the demands of the prosecutor's office, the police and judicial authorities, your personal data may be shared with these afore-mentioned authorities.

4.Your Rights

Pursuant to article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the following rights related to your personal data:

to learn whether your personal data are processed or not,
to request information if your personal data are processed,
to learn the purpose of your data processing and whether this data is used for intended purposes,
to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
to request correction if your personal data were processed incompletely or inaccurately and to request that third persons, to whom your personal data are transferred, get notified about the transactions carried out within this scope
Despite being processed as per the provisions of the Law numbered 6698 and other relevant laws, in the event that reasons requiring the processing have disappeared, to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data and to request that third persons, to whom your personal data are transferred, get notified about the transactions carried out within this scope,
to object to the processing, exclusively by automatic means, of your personal data, which leads to an unfavorable consequence for you,
to request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
