• Valet Service privilege can be enjoyed with valets that offer services at the relevant airport, at the card owner's request.
• TAV Passport card owners can enjoy the free parking service by presenting their TAV Passport Card at parking payment points before they pick their car.
• TAV Passport card owners can enjoy the free valet service by presenting their TAV Passport Card at valet payment points before they pick their car.
• TAV Passport card owners can present their card at Sabiha Gökçen Airport parking payment point and enjoy discounted parking services.
• Use of free parking credits is based on an hourly calculation. Uses of less than 24 hours will be rounded up to 24 hours and charged as 1 day from your credits.
• In the event that the parking use is exceeded, the remaining credits will be deducted from the parking fee and the outstanding amount will be charged from the member.
• Discounted parking service is valid at Sabiha Gökçen Airport car park.
• Uses at Sabiha Gökçen Airport discounted car park service are charged on an hourly basis and discount is applied.
• Valet service fee is not charged from card owners who benefit from valet service until their 30-day free parking service credits are used up.
• Free parking or valet service is valid at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International and Domestic Flights Terminal car park, Milas Bodrum Airport and İzmir Adnan Menderes International and Domestic Flights Terminal car park, Jetpark car park (500-meter distance to Sabiha Gökçen Airport).
• The privileges granted by the card cannot be merged and used with the privileges offered by TAV and other entities and institutions.

• TAV Passport card owners can enjoy the free valet service at shopping malls by presenting their TAV Passport Card at participating shopping mall valet payment points.
• 12-day free parking service credit can be used at participating valets serving at the relevant shopping mall, at TAV Passport member's request.
• 12-day free valet service credits can be enjoyed by members only, throughout the contract term.
• Use of the credits is on a 24-hour basis (day-based), and hours will be rounded up to 24 hours from now on with this principle. Daily free parking service credit can be used at participating valets serving at the relevant shopping mall, at TAV Passport member's request.
• The privileges granted by the card cannot be merged and used with the privileges offered by TAV and other entities and institutions.
• Valet service fee is not charged from customers who benefit from valet service until their 12-day free valet service credits are used up.
• In case of insufficient credits, discount is offered at valet points at participating shopping malls.

• In order to benefit from discounted domestic airport transfers and to inquire the cities where the transfer service is offered, TAV Passport card owners can dial 0850 222 25 75 for the Call Center no later than 12 hours before the time the transfer is requested, and no later than 24 hours before the time the transfer is requested for Antalya and Dalaman transfers, or book via reservation@ tavpassport.com.
• The fee for the service is paid by the TAV Passport card owner by credit card at booking.
• Highway and bridge tolls are not charged from TAV Passport card owners. (Except for the Eurasia Tunnel and Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge).
• If one wishes to use another route than the one designated by TAV, an additional fee will be charged to purchase a flexible route while booking. The flexible route service is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
• It is required to place requests for transfer cancellations and changes no later than 6 hours before the booking time, via reservation@tavpassport.com. In case of a change, service will be provided subject to vehicle availability.
• Transfer services that are not canceled or for which change requests are not submitted in a timely manner will be deemed as no-show. If the member purchased the transfer by using their free credits, their credit will not be refunded. If the member purchased it by paying the fee, then the fee will not be refunded.
• Excess luggage must be noted when booking and the vehicles must be requested accordingly.
• Address change cannot be made while in the vehicle.
• We kindly request that you follow and check the confirmation e-mails sent by us with regard to your vehicle and meeting the driver in your transfer.

• TAV Passport Members can enjoy discounted overseas airport transfer service by booking via the Call Center at 0850 222 25 75 no later than 24 hours before the requested time of transfer.
• Overseas Transfer Service is valid at participating points. You may inquire transfer fees through our Call Center.
• The fee for the service is paid by the TAV Passport member on the telephone at booking.
• The confirmation is sent by SMS to the telephone number indicated at booking.
• Transfer service route is designated by our company.
• The passenger capacity of transfer vehicles varies depending on the capacity of the vehicle in which the service is provided.
• We kindly remind you that you specify the number of passengers and luggage to be able to send the suitable vehicle.
• Besides high segment vehicles, we also provide transfers with new segment, more economical vehicle options.
• Overseas transfer spots are not included in TAV Passport Card free transfer credits.

• A greeter waits at the airport in Airport-Address transfers and accompanied to meet the driver.

• Requests to move the transfer date/time forward or cancel the transfer must be reported to the TAV Passport Call Center no later than 12 hours before the transfer. The Call Center operates on a 24/7 basis. Regarding transfers that do not meet the cancellation terms and conditions, the transfer fee for the booked route will not be refunded.

• In order to benefit from discounted city point-to-point transfers and to inquire the cities where the transfer service is offered, TAV Passport card owners can dial 0850 222 25 75 for the Call Center no later than 8 hours before the time the transfer is requested, or book via reservation@tavpassport.com.
• The fee for the service is paid by the TAV Passport card owner by credit card at booking.
• It is required to place requests for transfer cancellations and changes no later than 6 hours before the booking time, via reservation@tavpassport.com. In case of a change, service will be provided subject to vehicle availability.
• Fee for transfers that are not canceled or for which change requests are not submitted in a timely manner will not be refunded.
• Excess luggage must be noted when booking and the vehicles must be requested accordingly.

• Regarding your transfers, the confirmation e-mails sent by us related to booking confirmation, the vehicle and meeting with the driver must be followed and checked.

• It is recommended that booking should be placed by calling the TAV Passport Call Center at 0850 222 25 75 to benefit from car rental service, no later than 24 hours before such service.
• Within the framework of the available fleet at rental points, TAV Passport card owner can benefit from discounted car rental service by presenting their TAV Passport Card. The general rental terms and conditions of the car rental company apply in all rentals.
• The fee for the service is paid by the TAV Passport Card member during service, by credit card, in line with the terms and conditions designated by the relevant car rental company.
• Discount in car rental is valid for all relevant car rental offices within Türkiye, for vehicles specified for TAV Passport.

TAV reserves the right to amend the services and discount rates offered within the scope of the TAV Passport Card. Services may vary depending on the airports. TAV is not responsible for changes and disruptions that might occur in services for security reasons or due to decisions and practices of the State Airports Authority ("DHMI") and/or the General Directorate of Civil Aviation ("SHGM"), customs applications and measures to be taken by other official bodies.
